Intellectual Property Notice

The HIIE system architecture, agent delegation framework, ethics governance model, HCT economy design, and all associated documentation are the intellectual property of Arthur Labs, Inc. This whitepaper is published for informational purposes and does not constitute a license to use, reproduce, or implement the described systems without explicit written authorization from Arthur Labs.

Patent and Filing Disclaimer

HIIE generates provisional patent application drafts as part of its output pipeline. These drafts are not legal filings. All patent applications must be reviewed, finalized, and filed by a licensed patent attorney. Arthur Labs makes no representation that HIIE-generated patent drafts meet the requirements of any patent office. Human-in-the-loop involvement is documented at every step to satisfy USPTO inventorship requirements.

Engineering Liability Disclaimer

HIIE outputs — including specifications, BOMs, schematics, CAD files, and simulation results — are generated by AI systems and are provided as engineering references, not certified professional engineering work. All outputs must be independently reviewed, validated, and approved by qualified licensed engineers before any physical implementation. Arthur Labs disclaims all liability for damages arising from implementation of HIIE-generated designs without independent professional review.

Registered Agentics Service Terms

Registered Agentics provides infrastructure hosting services under separate service agreements. Hardware transfer terms, maintenance SLAs, and data handling procedures are governed by the Registered Agentics service contract, not this whitepaper. Registered Agentics operates as a Wyoming-registered entity with all applicable state and federal compliance obligations.

Data and Privacy

HIIE processes client data exclusively on dedicated hardware assigned to that client. No client data is shared between HIIE instances, used for training models serving other clients, or transmitted to third parties. The ChromaDB vector database, LoRA adapters, and all project artifacts remain on the client's dedicated Mac Mini and are physically delivered to the client at contract termination.

Version and Architecture Notice

This whitepaper describes HIIE v1.0.5. The system architecture, pricing, and capabilities described herein are subject to change as development progresses. Arthur Labs will publish updated versions of this whitepaper as significant architectural changes are implemented.

Governing Law

All terms and conditions related to HIIE, Arthur Labs, and Registered Agentics services are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

Conclusion

The Hyper Intelligent Innovation Engine represents a genuine category creation in applied AI — not a tool, not an assistant, but a complete innovation organization compressed into an ethically-governed intelligence system. Where existing AI systems excel at fragments of the innovation process, HIIE unifies the entire pipeline from human intent through physical deliverable.

Every component described in this whitepaper — the agent delegation framework, the HCT economy, the anti-slop validation layer, the ethics governance board, the ANE fine-tuning loop — exists to serve a single objective: transforming the rawest form of human ambition into something that can be built, patented, manufactured, and deployed in the real world.
