Deleting a HIIE account erases your projects and your sign-in at once

Delete it from the app, the web, or by email

  • In the HIIE app: open the You tab, choose Delete account, and type DELETE to confirm.
  • On the web: sign in, open Account, and choose Delete account at the bottom of the page.
  • By email: write to [email protected] from the address on the account. We reply once it is done.

Erased immediately

  • Every project you own: documents, designs and CAD files, flows, chats, boards and version history.
  • Websites published from your projects.
  • Account settings, saved credentials and your own provider keys, and HIIE API keys.
  • Team access: collaborators lose access to your projects, and you leave projects shared with you.
  • Apps you connected through HIIE are disconnected. If one still lists HIIE afterwards, email support and we will revoke it.
  • Your sign-in, so the account can no longer be used.

Kept for legal or technical reasons

  • Billing and credit history. Tax and accounting law requires transaction records. They carry an internal account number, not your name or email.
  • Monthly usage totals. Usage totals back the billing records above.
  • Payment event receipts. Stripe event ids prove each payment was processed exactly once.
  • Launched token records. A launched token lives publicly on the Solana blockchain, and HIIE needs its record for platform-fee accounting.
  • Email unsubscribe list. An address that unsubscribed stays on the do-not-email list so it is never mailed again.
  • Manufacturer directory submissions. Directory listings are business submissions, separate from your HIIE account.
  • Feedback you sent. The message stays as product input, but your email address is removed from it.

Two things to settle before you delete

  • A paid subscription has to be canceled first. Email [email protected] and we will cancel it, then the deletion goes through.
  • Tokens launched on Solana are public on the blockchain. Deleting your account cannot erase them.

Backups expire within 30 days

Database backups that still contain your data age out automatically within 30 days. They are used only to recover the service from a failure, never to restore a deleted account. Deletion cannot be undone.
