1. The service

HIIE is a workflow operating system that uses AI to help you take a product idea toward an operating business — generating documents, designs, CAD, images, and automations on your behalf. By creating an account or using HIIE you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Authentication is provided by Clerk.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use HIIE to break the law, infringe others' rights, generate harmful or deceptive content, attempt to access other accounts or data, reverse-engineer the service, or abuse the platform (including automated overuse). We may suspend accounts that do.

4. AI-generated output

AI output (text, designs, CAD, images) may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a given purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and validating anything you rely on — especially manufacturing, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions. HIIE provides no warranty as to fitness or accuracy of generated output.

5. Credits, plans & payment

Paid plans and top-ups grant service creditsused to meter managed AI usage. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable, have no cash value, and are consumed as you use managed inference and tools. Bringing your own provider key ("BYO") runs on your own account and is not metered by us. Payments are processed by Stripe; taxes may apply. Plans renew until cancelled.

6. Third-party services

HIIE integrates third-party providers — including OpenRouter (model routing), Zoo.dev (CAD), Composio (app integrations), Clerk (auth), and Stripe (payments). Your use of features that depend on them is also subject to their terms, and we aren't liable for their availability or actions.

7. Your content & IP

You retain ownership of the content and data you provide and, to the extent permitted by the underlying models, of the output generated for you. You grant HIIE the limited rights needed to operate the service for you (store, process, transmit). We don't claim ownership of your projects.

8. Data & security

Your project data is stored encrypted and scoped to your account. See the Privacy Policy for what we collect and how. You may delete your data; some records may be retained as required for legal/billing purposes.

9. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HIIE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior three months.

10. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms or the service; material changes will be posted here. You may stop using HIIE at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
