Understanding the core loop: project, describe, Camelia, deliverables

HIIE works on one simple core loop: create a project, describe what you want to build, and let Camelia coordinate specialist sub-agents to produce deliverables. Understanding this loop is the fastest way to get value from the platform.

1. Create a project

Everything lives inside a project. You create one from the Idea Lab with a brief and optional files. The project is stored encrypted in Cloudflare D1 and scoped to your account.

2. Describe what to build

You tell HIIE what you're making — in the Idea Lab brief, and then by chatting with Camelia. Plain language is enough; you don't need to specify which agent does what.

3. Camelia coordinates

Camelia is the AI copilot and director. She runs server-side, is grounded in your real project files, and takes actions through tools rather than just chatting. She delegates work to six specialist sub-agent roles: research, reasoning, design, document, patent, and manufacturing. Research and reasoning can use live web access.

4. You get deliverables

The loop produces real artifacts: markdown documents, 3D designs and CAD files, automated flows, and business-model analysis. These save into the project's folders so they're easy to find and build on.

Why it matters

Because Camelia orchestrates the specialists for you, you stay at the level of intent — what you want — while she handles routing the work. The same loop scales from a quick research brief to a full autonomous build of an entire project.
