Following product updates on the changelog and roadmap
HIIE publishes two complementary pages for keeping up with what is changing: the changelog for what has shipped, and the roadmap for what is planned.
The changelog
The changelog at /changelog is the record of release notes and version history for HIIE updates. When you want to know what changed in a recent release — new capabilities, fixes, or improvements — this is where to look.
The roadmap
The roadmap at /roadmap shows the bigger picture: what has been shipped, what is being built right now, and what is coming next. Use it to understand direction rather than the specifics of any single release.
How they fit together
Think of the roadmap as the forward-looking plan and the changelog as the historical log. The roadmap tells you where things are headed; the changelog confirms when something actually landed.
Where to find them
Both pages are linked from the Resources section of the Help & Support page (/help), alongside the knowledge base and service status. If you have a suggestion for something you would like to see, the contact form on /help is the way to share it — submissions become tracked tickets in HIIE's support system.
