Getting help through the /help contact form
The Help & Support page at /help is the front door for questions and issues. It includes a contact form, a short FAQ, and links to the rest of HIIE's support resources.
Asking a question
Under "Ask a Question," describe your issue or question and submit it. The form works whether or not you are signed in, so you can reach out from the public site before you even have an account. Be specific about what you were doing when something went wrong — that context helps support respond faster.
What else is on the page
The page also answers common questions directly. The FAQ covers how to get started (sign in at /connect, create a project, and describe what you want to build), what file formats CAD produces, how billing works (bring your own provider keys and HIIE is free; credits and subscriptions apply only to HIIE-managed infrastructure), and how your data is protected.
Resources at hand
The Resources section links to the knowledge base (/kb), the product roadmap (/roadmap), service status (/status), and the changelog (/changelog). The Community section links to GitHub, X, and the Arthur Labs blog.
When to use the form vs. other resources
If a flow or build failed, first check /status to confirm services are up, then try re-running. If the problem persists, come back to the contact form and include the details — that is the fastest path to a human. For self-serve answers, browse the knowledge base first.
